All orders are processed within 3-14 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- Sea Freight: approximately 30-60 business days
- Air Freight: approximately 10-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, customs clearance,
or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates
As our products are large-sized items, and shipping costs vary significantly
between sea and air freight, the final shipping cost will be quoted at the time
of order. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.

4. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide.
If delivery to your region is not available, we will notify you in advance.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
FYID-Feiyide is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes
applied to your order. These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility.
We are unable to predict or control these charges.

7. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged,

We will do our best to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
